Current Builders Awarded Alta Mira Apartments for Wood Partners in North Miami Beach, Florida.

Alta Mira Apartments consists of nine residential apartment buildings with 240 units with a clubhouse and a maintenance building. This is a HUD 221(d)4 project and will be Energy Star Certified. The Structural Shells are Tunnel Form Structures.
