Current Builders ...a Big Construction Company, With an Even Bigger Heart!!!

POMPANO BEACH, FL - December 2006- Current Builders carries on a seasonal tradition of helping the Marines' cause by donating toys for needy children during the holiday season. CEO, Charles P. (Chip) Reid started the Current Builders tradition 3 years ago and the donations by employees for this worthy cause have grown with each passing year. Chip's father served in the US Marine Corp during WWII and Korea, was highly decorated, and retired a full bird Colonel but according to Reid, it is all about the kids. "I wanted to get our whole company, involved in helping children during the holiday season and the Marine Corps "Toys for Tots" program felt like the perfect fit."

Chief Operations Officer, Charlene Faber, coordinates the gathering of employee and subcontractor donations and really hits home on her slant of the Current Builders slogan, "...a different class of construction," by closing her company wide email request with, "let's make this ...a different class of Christmas, for some needy children."
