Current Builders Hosts New Construction "Topping Out" Party
Celebrates Completion of Flagler Village One Month Ahead of Schedule

Pompano, FL - October 13, 2008 — Current Builders will be hosting a topping out party on October 16, 2008, at 12:30 pm, to celebrate the completion of Flagler Village in Downtown Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Current Builders traditionally hosts a topping out party for its new construction projects to celebrate the shell completion and recognize the accomplishment of the construction workers.

Construction on the project began in August 2007 and, currently, Current Builders is one month ahead of its first target date, at which time they will hand over one building and the garage to the owner, ZOM USA. Current Builders is expecting over 200 people to attend the party, including: all subcontractors involved, projects owners, the architect, MSA Architects, Inc., the City Building Department Inspectors and Current Builders employees.

"We are pleased to be ahead of schedule on this project and excited to 'top off' the event by signing the last beam for the elevators. These events provide an opportunity to thank everyone who has been involved in the project for their time and dedication," stated Chris Muller, Business Development Manager of Current Builders.

The party will take place at 440 Flagler Village, a multi-family rental community consisting of four buildings with a total of 218 units, surrounding a 5 level parking garage. Each building has a different theme and the units are luxury rentals with wood floors and cabinets, granite tops and stainless steel appliances.

All subcontractors have been asked to make donations towards a raffle, which includes gift cards, TVs, tools and other prizes. To celebrate the completion of Flagler Village, Current Builders will be signing the last beam for the elevators and the Project Manager will give a speech.
