Current Builders HR Director is ranked in the Top 10 of all South Florida Businesses

POMPANO BEACH, FL - September 1, 2007 - Hundreds of Human Resource Directors from South Florida submitted applications for the 2007 Excellence in Human Resource Award. Current Builders' HR Director, Elizabeth Leng, was recognized by the judging committee as one of the Top 10 entries.

Her efforts in workforce development, employee cares and concerns, career growth and employee retention implementation were just some of the great programs she has been directly involved with at Current Builders. Elizabeth Leng also chairs the Current Builders University Program (CBU), which is focused on helping employees recognize what training, and/or education, is needed for their growth and possible promotion, while providing the medium to obtain these goals.

Elizabeth Leng recognizes the team effort and corporate wide support: "I want to recognize and thank Current Builders for giving me the latitude and support to initiate and implement many of the exciting programs that are helping all of our employees…from the laborer in the field, to executive management.
