Current Builders and TBR Development Break Ground on the Bay Pointe Condominium Project in Palmetto, FL

POMPANO BEACH, FL – JANUARY 24, 2005-- Current Builders, a Pompano Beach-based general contractor, has recently celebrated the groundbreaking of Bay Pointe Condominiums, located at the Terra Ceia Country Club in Palmetto, FL. Bay Pointe is a luxurious gated community that offers waterfront residences with spectacular views of Terra Ceia Bay, Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Centrally located in Palmetto, Bay Pointe is approximately 20 miles from downtown St. Petersburg and Sarasota.

Bay Pointe is a property owned by TBR Development, a Manatee County firm with additional plans for development in the surrounding areas. TBR Development teamed with Current Builders and Sarasota-based George Palermo Architects to create an upscale and impressive product offering high-end features, amenities and value at pre-construction prices ranging from the mid 300,000’s to the mid 700,000’s.

Bay Pointe is a 7-story building including a one-level parking garage and offers 36 residences ranging from 1600-1800 sq ft.
