Current Builders relocating Orlando office to Tampa, to address strong market demands and expand Statewide presence.

POMPANO BEACH, FL - JANUARY 11, 2005-- Current Builders, a Pompano Beach-based general contractor, is relocating their Orlando area office to Tampa! Trends indicate that unprecedented development and construction growth in these areas will continue and Current Builders will be there to meet the challenge. "By relocating to the expanding development and clientele base in the Tampa/St. Pete region we have a unique opportunity of serving those market demands while expanding our logistical presence Statewide," reveals Charles P. Reid, CEO of Current Builders. "From our Tampa location we can still direct and maintain our growth and momentum in the Orlando region via the I-4 corridor yet the relocation allows us to stay strategically positioned based on current and foreseeable demand."

The new Tampa office will act as the regional headquarters servicing projects in north and central Florida. "Our Tampa office will be approximately 1 ½ hours outside of Orlando giving us balanced access to major metropolitan growth sectors, " states Mr. Reid.
