Mixed use project consisting of retail, apartments and town homes along with 3 parking garages. Current Builders performed the concrete shell work only. Scope of work was two 5-story, tunnel formed concrete apartment structures with 408 units, approximately 590,000 sq ft of elevated concrete deck along with the foundations, and casting 2 parking garage foundations that are approximately 70,000 sq ft. Located in Boynton Beach, FL.
