CB Constructors is the contracting entity that provides Commercial General Contracting Services under the Company name of Current Builders (CB). Included in CB Constructors specializations are multi-family residential projects, healthcare facilities, office/warehouse buildings, commercial distribution facilities, parking garages, interior build-outs, interior and exterior renovations, all included as turnkey projects inclusive of the construction of the buildings and related site work. Among the services that CB Constructors provides are delivery systems such as, CM at Risk, Design-Build, Design-Assist, and the introduction of preconstruction services to our new clients.

One of our unique capabilities is the ability to self perform concrete structures as a service to our developer clients and for our own internal work. Our history, since 1972 includes tunnel form concrete structures, Tilt-up concrete construction, poured in place concrete construction, reinforced masonry construction, and the construction of concrete structured parking facilities using both steel beam forming systems and precast concrete.

CB Hotel Structures (CBHS) is a joint venture between Current Builders (CB) and Hotel Structures Inc. This company services Professional Hotel owners where CBHS delivers solid reinforced concrete hotel structures incorporating the innovative tunnel form systems which delivers concrete hotel structures at the rate of 6 to 8 rooms per day and produces walls and slabs in one monolithic pour.

A CBHS invites innovative approaches to project delivery to provide a higher quality end product in a condensed construction time frame. Through the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) offsite prefabrication of critical components enables critical path activities to be installed seamlessly reducing on site labor.

CBHS provides Hotel Concrete Structures throughout the Southeast and Southwest United States including Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas.

CBHC is a joint venture between Current Builders (CB) and the Relocation and Development Firm. The joint venture brings together two companies that have a proven track record, financial resources and experience in working with the local communities and employing from the surrounding areas to ensure local minority participation. The objective of CBHC is to participate in projects where stabilization and rehabilitation of neighborhoods is required and to provide services to construct commercial or residential buildings that will benefit low and moderate income families and the municipalities in which they reside.
