Tunnel form construction is a system of casting concrete walls and slabs simultaneously using steel forms that join together at the top and sides. The steel tunnel forms, equipment and manpower used for this operation efficiently produce between 2,500 to 5,000 square feet of elevated slab are daily, including the support walls. All formwork, equipment and manpower perform the same functions repetitively each day-resulting in shorter schedules and lower costs.
