  • 1st Phase of Boca Lago commenced - project resulted in excess of 1,500 multi-family residential units over the course of several years
  • 1st General Contracting job "Isla Del Sol", located in St. Petersburg, which resulted in a 10 year building program

  • 1st tunnel form project commenced for Lennar Homes

1982
  • Current Principal Mike Taylor hired as an Estimator

  • 1st Annual Company Sponsored Vacation Weekend - Marathon, FL
  • 4,500 sf of tilt wall completed

1990
  • 1st self performed "Tilt Wall" Project - Linpro Distribution Center consisting of two 55,000 sf buildings
  • 1,090 multi-family residential units built

1991
  • 224 multi-family residential units built

1992
  • Current Principal Robert Schnurman hired as Chief Estimator
  • Current Builders was an active participant in the restoration work following Hurricane Andrew. Contracts awarded for restoration of close to 1,000 units damaged during this storm

1993
  • 1st Design Build project - Edy's Ice Cream
  • 1st Educational facility constructed - Wingate Oaks Elementary
